Booking at the headwaters
Headwaters Ranch is a Working Ranch with Limited Access: Please note that the 1898 Lodge is part of a working ranch. For your safety and in respect of ranch operations, guest access is limited to: The yard surrounding the Main Lodge and Tennis/Pickleball Courts. We kindly ask guests not to enter pastures, barns, or other operational areas of the ranch.
Guests will be required to sign a rental agreement upon booking, a liability waiver & ranch rules after booking.
By booking here at Headwaters and entering the property, guests acknowledge and assume all risks associated with outdoor and rural property activities, including uneven terrain, wildlife, and natural features.
The owners are not responsible for accidents, injuries, or loss of personal property. By proceeding with this reservation, guests agree to release and hold harmless the property owners, management, and employees from any claims, damages, or liability arising from use of the property, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct by the owner.
