Luckenbach is approximately 4.4 miles from the ranch.

Guests can host milestone events like birthdays or anniversaries, join for holiday gatherings or family reunions, or host a corporate event or meeting.

We are approximately 13 miles from E Main Street in Fredericksburg, which takes around 18min.

HEB in Fredericksburg which is about 15miles(23min) from the ranch.
Natural Grocers Health Food Store which is about 14 miles (19 min) from the ranch. Walmart Supercenter in FBG which is about 13 miles (18min) from the ranch.

No drinking allowed while driving any vehicles on the ranch or while hunting.

All guests need to abide by the private road signs and not drive down any roads that are blocked off during their stay. Guests cannot enter any houses/buildings/barns unless they have prior permission to do so. Renters need to stay on the main roads and access only the house they are renting. Driving or hiking around the ranch is not permitted because it is a working ranch.

No extra un-registered guests are permitted on the property.

We provide Kuerig and regular coffee pot machine options, but guests need to provide their own coffee. There is only a few complementary K-cups.

The pool at Hilltop Haus is private and open only to the people renting Hilltop.
